If you receive a damaged product, you will have the possibility to return it. Please send us an email with a short description of the damage and photos that accompany your description. Also, do not forget to photograph the packaging so we can help identify whether or not the package was damange during delivery or on another step of the order process.
As soon as we have idenitfied the damage, we will send you a return label and return slip so we can exchange the product for you.
Please package the product as you received it, so that the product will not be damaged during the return shipping process. When placing the return label on the package, make sure that the old is not visible. Simply bring this package to the post office and send back to us, free of charge.
If the product was delivered via special delivery (oversized products), it will be picked up from your doorstep. The delivery company will call you to make an appointment for pick-up within the next 14 days.
As soon as we have shipped your new product, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking code.
