Should you receive the wrong order, please notify our support immediately. As soon as we have received your message, we will send you return labels to place on the package and a return slip to place inside the package.
Please package the product as you received it, so that the product will not be damaged during the return shipping process. When placing the return label on the package, make sure that the old is not visible. Simply bring this package to the post office and send back to us, free of charge.
If the product was delivered via special delivery (oversized products), it will be picked up from your doorstep. The delivery company will call you to make an appointment for pick-up within the next 14 days.
